Pitiful Pup Update

Woody, as Linda D. has named him, is making progress by leaps and bounds. He visited me on Thursday so that I could make sure his gums were looking better and that he is pinking up, so to speak. He was so anemic when we took him in that I even thought a blood transfusion might be in order. Linda has done amazing things with this little guy. He is acting more like the happy puppy he should be and Linda has even taught him to sit for his treats. By this Wednesday he will be healthy enough to get his first vaccination. You can still see his ribs but not like before. Thanks for all your prayers! Thank you, especially, to the caring folks at the After Hours Veterinary Emergency Clinic! If not for you all this little guy wouldn't have made it!
