2010 Human Race Has Come & Gone....

The 2010 Human Race was a smashing success! We had fun, we ate good food, and we raised lots of money to help many homeless dogs and cats! Thank you to everyone that gave, collected, walked and ran! You ROCK!

Daylight Savings Time means...

Daylight savings time always means that Spring is right around the corner. Spring means the flood gates open and our phone lines are full of calls about orphaned puppies and kittens. So sad that such a beautiful season brings gloom and doom in the rescue world. We wonder, each year, how we will make it through another Spring time, financially and physically. The 5k Human Race is how we make it through!

This race is sponsored by the Volunteer Center of Greensboro and is a venue for all nonprofits to raise much needed funding. This will be ARFP's 16th year walking. These funds determine how many animals we can help each Spring.

Please help us make sure we can provide for more puppies and kittens this Spring!
